Luxury catamaran construction in Bali

Composite multihulls engineered for space, stability and efficiency, built ten kilometres from an international airport.

Why build a multihull here

Bali offers a mature marine ecosystem around Benoa and Serangan, ten kilometres from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

That proximity is the real argument. Site visits by owners and surveyors are a short flight and a short drive, so involvement through the build is practical rather than aspirational.

The island also holds the trades a multihull needs: marine grade stainless fabricators, electronics installers and master carpenters, all in one place rather than three provinces.

From naval architecture to sea trials

Six stages, each signed off before the next begins.

  1. Brief

Operating profile turned into a naval architecture brief with the designer.

  2. Engineering

Hull form, beam and structure resolved with international multihull designers.

  3. Tooling

Moulds and plugs prepared before any laminate is laid.

  4. Infusion

Hulls vacuum infused in controlled conditions, with coupon testing.

  5. Fit out

Systems, rig and bespoke interior installed at Benoa.

  6. Sea trial

Trials in the Badung Strait, then survey and handover.

Laminate schedules and core materials are written into the contract, not the brochure.
