What is your payment schedule structured like?

Our payment structure is based on clear, pre-agreed construction milestones. An initial deposit secures the contract and initiates the design phase. Subsequent payments are due upon the completion of key stages, such as keel laying, hull completion, engine installation, and final handover. This progressive schedule ensures your investment is directly tied to tangible progress at the shipyard.

One studio, one build team, from first sketch to sea trial

Bali Yacht Builder is the construction studio of the Komodo Luxury group, part of Juara Holding Group since 2015. Briefs and drawings are approved in Denpasar, hulls come from the Sulawesi network, and sea trials run out of Serangan and Benoa.

Why the hull leaves Bali and comes back

Every project starts in the studio: operating profile, route plan, charter economics where relevant, then naval architecture.

Hulls are built by master shipwrights in the group Sulawesi network, heirs to a seafaring tradition more than 1,500 years old, and return to Bali and Labuan Bajo waters for fit out, trials and launch.
